Services
8:00am Sunday - Traditional
Our Traditional Service takes on more of a Lutheran, liturgical, formal
style. We make greater use of regular confession and absolution, the
Psalms and favorite hymns from our Lutheran Hymnal. The organ is used for
this service. During Holy Communion, the family of Christ gathers at the
communion railing to kneel and receive the Lord's Body and Blood.
10:45am Sunday - Contemporary
Our Contemporary Worship Service is more laid back, with a very sacred
atmosphere. The confession and announcement of forgiveness take on a
meaningful, but more spontaneous tone. Contemporary songs are sung with
piano, guitar and drum accompaniment, led by a group of singers. Holy
Communion is distributed in a walk-through style with 4 different
stations. However, we do encourage you to kneel at the alter, after you
commune, and take time to pray.
6:30pm Monday - Traditional
As at the 8:00 service on Sunday, this service is also traditional but held on
Monday evenings so that those who cannot make it to the Sunday morning services
have an opportunity to worship and receive communion.
Meaningful messages with biblical text, proclaiming Christ as Savior and Lord, are joyfully and powerfully shared in each style of service
